Very simple racing game that doesn't require much skill at all to unlock the achievements.
This developer has a habit of releasing games a few months later out to bundle sites, so was just a matter of waiting for it to be in a bundle and getting at a much reduced price - as NZ$16.49 is seriously overpriced in my opinion.
